Just had my hair cut by Hannah and she was not very nice, cut the top when I told her not to and she had agreed not too. She rounded my neck line without asking if I wanted round or square. It was just a very negative experience and would never let her cut my hair again.

Went in for a style for my husband and it was not what he asked for. she hacked it and took all his length off. Mad as heck now. he even told her he wanted to keep his length and now a wait to get it back never again!!!!!!

I have tried to be patient. This is my third consecutive trip that I have checked in showed up at my arrive time. 1st 20 min wait 2nd 30 min 3rd 20+ min wait as I left at 20 min. Why have sign ups if you have to wait that long. Especially when multiple employees weren’t working. Like sports clips overall I guess I just need a new location
