My hair looks like crap. I’m mad
Went in for my monthly haircut with no line with 4 employees working. After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby, I decided to leave after only receiving an excuse of an "impromptu meeting". I will never return after frequenting the place for a decade. They didn't seem to care about the one person waiting in the lobby all by themselves without any real reason. Poor business decisions are made by this business.
