I have a free hair cut coupon from the razorbash( got it from Univ. of Arkansas) and I walked in with it and showed the lady. She said we can give you basic cut only, not possible for layers cut u need to pay for it. I said ok. I was waiting and another lady called me in and, I told her about the coupon and she said ur our first client and u have free MVP upgrade and too me in to shower room and start washing my hair. The First Lady came in and said it's free cut, don't have to do all other things for her( talking in front of me), So, she was nervous and started washing my hair immediately,( half shampoo done). Got a worst hair cut in my life with uneven basic U cut( what ever). I have the employee, talking in front of me as if "cheap". Then y did they give free coupons at UofA. If they don't want free clients and want to neglect them. "Never ever going back to that salon " They are reckless and even it's not busy in the store.
